So far im pleased I went with them..I needed my new rims and tires installed.. they got me in quick and while they were installing the rims and tires.. one of the tires tore on the machine.. they purchased me a new tire and told me to come back Monday when the new tire arrives and they are going to do it free of change for the inconvenience.. they were very professional and nice..I will leave another review when the new tire comes and the rims are installed

Not only are they one of the few tire shops that will put studded snow tires on just the front axle of your car, so long as they're the same brand and size, which is reasonable, the guy that got his vehicle back before me just came in for a valve stem check because his tire wasn't taking air, and they replaced the stem and didn't charge him anything for it.

I been to plenty of shops but I must say for the service and promptness that I have experienced here I am always amazed. Brian is such an easy person to work and explain everything. From start to finish they have done excellent work. My tires were on an ready to go in such great timing and best prices by far. Wish I could give you 5 more stars you all deserve it. Again thank you for the great work

They mounted and balanced my 5 new wheels and tires (4+spare), for my jeep, in under 30 minutes. They had the best price per tire and didn't try up-selling or charge me more for alloy or truck tire mounting. Honest work, honest business. Real team effort and professional.

Absolutely stellar customer service; the sort of service and customer care that is truly difficult to find these days. Speedy, friendly, quality service in a very convenient location in downtown Erie, PA.
